(HCR 29 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS SB 200(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SB 200(RLS) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS SB 200(RLS) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 200(RLS) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 28 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 2 2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2511 Yeas: Chenault, Costello, Edgmon, Gara, Gattis, Gruenberg, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Millett, Olson, Pruitt, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Nays: Austerman, Drummond, Foster, Guttenberg, Josephson, Kito III, Munoz, Nageak, Tarr Excused: Neuman Absent: Feige, Hawker Josephson changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Kito III changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Foster changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Drummond changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, HCS SB 200(RLS) passed the House. Representative Costello later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS SB 200(RLS), and reconsideration was taken up then.
